The www.MeeshGames.com websites, including all subpages and successor pages thereto (collectively, the “Websites”), the Meesh Games^® mobile application and associated services (the “Mobile App”), and the Meesh Games^® Subscription Rental Service and other services offered by Meesh Games^® (the “Service”) are owned and operated by Meesh Games^®. and/or one of its subsidiaries including Cyber Corner Gaming Center. (hereinafter referred to as “Meesh Games^®”, “we”, or “us”). The Website, the Mobile App, and the Service are collectively and individually referred to as the “Meesh Games^® and electronics.(Meesh Games^® Site and Services)”

 Meesh Games^® provides the Meesh Games^® Site and Services to you subject to the following Terms of Use (the “Agreement”), which may be updated occasionally, at our sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms of Use will always be on this page and will supersede all previous versions. There will always be a link to the most current Terms of Use on the www.MeeshGames.com homepage. By using, visiting, downloading, installing, or browsing any portion of the Meesh Games^® Site and Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully, as it requires the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions, and also limits the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute.

These Terms of Use:

By using, visiting, downloading, installing, or browsing the Website, Mobile App, or Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use to the exclusion of all other terms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must immediately discontinue use of the Meesh Games^® Site and Services.Are an ongoing contract between you and Meesh Games^® and apply to your use of the Meesh Games^® Site and Services. Any information you submit to us, or any information we collect in connection with the Meesh Games^® Site and Services, is subject to Meesh Games^®’s Online Privacy Policy.

Your Account

If you use any portion of the Meesh Games^® Site and Services, you represent and warrant that all information you supply to Meesh Games^® is complete and accurate. You must have internet access to use the transactional portions of the Meesh Games^® Site and Services, as well as a valid major credit or debit card (“Card”) (accepted for all transactions on the Website) or a valid PayPal account (accepted for game purchases on the Website). “Payment Method” shall mean payment by Card and/or PayPal account, as may be applicable in each instance.You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for restricting access to your computer and mobile device. You also agree not to impersonate any other person while using the Meesh Games^® Site and Services. By using any part of the Meesh Games^® Site and Services, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify Meesh Games^® immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security of which you become aware. It is also your responsibility at all times to provide and maintain an accurate and working email address, delivery address, telephone number, current and valid Payment Method and billing information. We reserve the right to place any account on hold at any time (with or without notification to you) in order to protect us from what we believe to be fraudulent activity. You can find the specific details regarding your subscription with Meesh Games^® at any time by clicking on the “My Account” section of the Website.You are responsible for providing all equipment and software necessary to access the Meesh Games^® Site and Services, including without limitation a mobile device that is suitable to connect with and use the mobile components of the Meesh Games^® Site and Services.


License and Limitations of Use

You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in INDIA to subscribe to the Service and must be 15 years of age or older to use the Mobile App. WHILE INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MAY UTILIZE THE Meesh Games^® WEBSITE OR SERVICE, THEY MAY DO SO ONLY UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND WITH THE CONSENT OF A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. By subscribing to the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and reside in INDIA, and by using the Service, you represent that you either (i) are 18 years of age or older, or (ii) have received consent from your parent or legal guardian to access his or her subscription to the Service. By registering for or using the Mobile App, you represent that you are at least 15 years of age. If you are under 18, you must review these Terms of Use with your parent or legal guardian to make sure that you and your parent or legal guardian understand and agree with them. Any registration with, use of or access to the Website or Service by anyone under the age of 15 is strictly prohibited and in violation of this Agreement. Note that the Meesh Games^® Site and Services are not directed at collecting information from children under the age of 13, nor are they intended to be used by children under the age of 13. If we receive notice that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take all reasonable steps to delete the information collected from that child.The games and content we publish and/or distribute through the Meesh Games^® Site and Services are strictly for personal and non-commercial use. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including your payment of all applicable fees, we agree to deliver games to you and grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable license to access the Meesh Games^® Site and Services for that limited purpose only. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved by Meesh Games^® or its licensors. Any unauthorized use of the Meesh Games^® Site and Services will automatically and immediately terminate your membership and the license(s) granted by us.
