Subscribing Rental Service

By subscribing a rental service at our MEESH GAMES® RENTAL service, you agree to be bound by the following terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms of use, you should not use the Meesh Games® Rentals.

Please read them carefully and note that by joining our service you are confirming that you meet the requirements below:!!!

• Members must be at least 18 years of age, live in the Bangalore – India and have a valid Identity card while registration and submitting an ID to our executive.

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current and correct personal information about yourself (including your name, phone numbers, email address, postal address, ID card details).

• Installations and Rental requests are fulfilled Monday to Saturday between 10:00Am to 8:00pm

• All Games/Accessories/Hdd remain the property of “Meesh Games^®” at all times. Games/ Accessories/ hdd must not be sold on or made available to hire by the Member. You may not copy or alter any rented game in any way. Please handle the games/accessories/hdd with care so as not to damage them. The Member undertakes to treat the Games/Accessories/hdd and their associated packaging with the utmost care at all times.

• The Rented Games/Accessories/Hdd should be returned by the Customer @ Meesh Games^® outlet at Basaveshwaranagar Only.

• When we receive a returned Games/Accessories/Hdd, we will determine in our sole discretion if it is in acceptable rental condition . If the returned Games/Accessories/Hdd is determined by us not to be in acceptable rental condition Meesh Games^® Rental reserves the right to debit from the Member’ the current Recommended Retail Price of any game or accessory which is returned in a non re-usable condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted).

• The Recommended Retail Price constitutes the most competitive retail price available to Meesh Games^® Rental.

• Intellectual Property :- You may use any Meesh Games^® Rental Games/Accessories/Hdd for your personal use (including family and friends) only at the address shown on your account. Commercial exploitation or copying of our games is strictly prohibited.
