WHAT ARE THESE RENTAL TERMS?

IMPORTANT:

These rental terms or the Terms of Use, including what, how and when we charge for a Meesh Games^® Transaction, may have changed since the last time you rented or otherwise transacted with Meesh Games^®, so remember to check them prior to each rental or other transaction.

HOW DOES IT WORK WHEN I RENT AN ITEM FROM MEESH GAMES^®?

• Each item you rent from Meesh Games^® has a minimum rental period of ONE WEEK. That one week minimum rental period is measured from the date you first receive your rental to seventh (7th) day 6:00 PM local time.- unless we tell you differently at the Meesh Games^® or otherwise before you rent.

• Then, for each additional day you do not return an item by 6:00 p.m. local time, your rental continues and you will be charged an additional daily rental charge.

• Meesh Games^® Rental of PS4 Blu-ray DVDs are Rs.200.00 per day(Daily Rental Charge).

• Each item you rent from Meesh Games^® also has a maximum rental period of 30 Days (1 Month) which is measured from the date you first receive your rental. If you keep an item through the maximum rental period, that item is yours to keep and Meesh Games^® will charge you by Suspending your Membership Card. There will be NO Refund, NO Exchange or NO Transfer of the Membership amount after Suspension of the card. You will be not be entitled to use the member’s facilities further on.

• The number of items you may rent at a given time is subject to Meesh Games^®‘s discretion. For instance, the Gold Membership is entitle to rent 2 ps4 dvd’s and Silver Membership is entitle to rent 1 ps4 dvd’s, you may not be allowed to rent as many items during your first transaction as a returning customer.

• If you reserve an item online, via a mobile device, or through another Meesh Games^® platform, your rental begins to run from that day (Day 1). We will hold your reserved item at the selected store until 8:00 p.m. local time. If you pick up your reserved item on the next day (Day 2 and return it on Next day (Day 3) by 6:00 p.m., you would incur two daily rental charges, If you never pick up your reserved item, you will be charged for one daily rental charge, This charge is in consideration of our holding the item for you and not releasing it for rental to another customer.

• Note that placing an item in your “cart” does not mean it is reserved – it is possible that someone else can complete a reservation transaction for the same item at the same Meesh Games^® before you complete your reservation.We make no guarantee that an item will be available for rental at any Meesh Games^® Store at any given time. Your rental reservation is only valid at the Meesh Games^® Store for which you made the reservation and is non-transferable.

• Each time you rent from Meesh Games^®, it is considered a single transaction regardless of how long your rental lasts or how many items you rent. You can terminate a rental transaction at any time by returning the rented items, or by keeping the items through the maximum rental period, so long as you pay the accrued daily rental charge(s).

• If you believe you rented disc is defective from us, please call Meesh Games^® Store right away at (+919845266833). Otherwise we will assume that the defect occurred during your rental. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A DEFECTIVE RENTAL IS A SUBSTITUTE RENTAL OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE FOR THE SAME TYPE OF ITEM, AND Meesh Games^® LIABILITY IS FURTHER LIMITED AS DETAILED IN THE TERMS OF USE. If an item is returned damaged, as determined by Meesh Games^® in its sole and absolute discretion, we reserve the right to assess and charge you for additional fees in an amount, together with all applicable rental charge(s), not to exceed the maximum charge for that item.

DUPLICATE / LOST MEMBERSHIP CARD

• We will provide you the duplicate membership card by charging Rs.100/- per card.

Age Requirements

• When you use a Meesh Games^® Disc, you positively assert that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Meesh Games^® Disc only with the permission of a parent/guardian and the legal owner.

MODIFICATIONS

• Meesh Games^® reserves the right to modify or add to these Terms at any time without prior notice (“Updated Terms”). You agree that we may notify you of the Updated Terms by making them available via the Meesh Games^® Platforms, and that your use of the Meesh Games^® Platforms after we have posted the Updated Terms (or engaging in such other conduct as we may reasonably specify) constitutes your agreement to the Updated Terms. Therefore, you should review these Terms before using the Meesh Games^® Platforms. The Updated Terms will be effective as of the time of posting, or such later date as may be specified in the Updated Terms, and will apply to your use of the Meesh Games^® Platforms from that point forward. Updated Terms will apply to your reservations or rental transactions that begin after the Updated Terms are effective.

OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS

• Unless otherwise explicitly specified, all materials that are included in, made available through or are otherwise a part of the Meesh Games^® Platforms

My disc won’t play. What should I do?

There’s a couple of reasons why your disc might not play:

• It is possible that you’re player is not accepting the region of Blu-ray Disc.
• You can tell if it’s a Blu-ray Disc because the downward-facing side of it will be blue instead of silver, and it’ll have a Blu-ray logo on top.
• It might be dirty or smudged. If so, please take a soft, lint-free cloth, and wipe gently in a straight line from the center of the disc to the edge.
• Only clean discs with a solution of water and mild detergent or rubbing alcohol. Never use abrasives, solvents or highly acidic cleansers.
• If you’ve tried to clean it and it still won’t play, it might be scratched. Please report your unplayable disc immediately to us and we’ll help you out.
