Payment
Meesh Games® cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. You can pay by PayTM, Mobivik and all major credit or debit cards, listed on the Site. Please note We are unable to accept payment by American Express. Payment will be charged at the point of submitting your order, usually just before dispatch.
For pre-release orders your card will be preliminarily checked for security purposes. You will be charged for the full amount of your order up to 7 working days prior to the release date as confirmed by the manufacturer.
Upon submitting your order, you confirm that the payment card that is being used is yours, and you meet the age restrictions for the title purchased.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and fraud checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, Meesh Games® will not accept your order, Meesh Games® will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal and Meesh Games® will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Meesh Games® will not be responsible for your card issuer charging you as a result of Our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
You authorise Meesh Games® to debit your nominated payment card to recover all charges and amounts due and owing to Meesh Games®.
Delivery
Further information about our delivery areas, delivery charges and estimated delivery times is set in Meesh Games® Delivery pages.
Subject to availability, Meesh Games® will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the products you have ordered as soon as possible after you place your order, any in any event within 7 days. You shall be given an estimated time for delivery at the time your order is placed. If the goods are not available for delivery within 10 days of being ordered you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any money paid.
Orders for in stock, non pre-release products placed before 1pm are usually dispatched same day. Orders for in stock, non pre-release products placed after 1pm are usually dispatched the next working day. Orders with Express Delivery for stock, non pre-release products placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm are usually delivered the next working day. Orders with Express Delivery for stock, non pre-release products placed on Friday before 1pm will usually be delivered on Monday, unless it is a General Holiday.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Digital downloads will be delivered to your e-mail address linked to your Meesh Games® Registered account or provided by you during the checkout process.
Delivery charges will be clearly set out when you place your order and will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the options available.
We deliver the products ordered to the valid delivery address which you supply. Orders over Rs10000 can only be dispatched to the card holder’s address. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. We currently deliver to the Bangalore, India, including the Mysore and surrounding places. We also deliver to certain other states which are listed in our Delivery pages, although We are unable to ship orders over 20Kg outside of the Bangalore, including all hardware orders. Certain deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt.
We will advise you by email if there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your order. We reserve the right at Meesh Games® discretion to ship orders only to the billing address.
If you order two or more items from Meesh Games® and one of those items is not in stock, We will contact you (using the details you provide to us when ordering or in your Site account) to discuss changes to your order. There will be no extra postal charges for orders where delayed items are sent separately.
Once delivered (or collected), the products ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility. Except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or which have been incorrectly delivered, Meesh Games® will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
Overdue Delivery
You can check the current delivery status of your order at any time by logging in to your Site account. In addition, Meesh Games® will send you an email (to the email address you supply when you register with the Site) alerting you of any change of status of your order including when We’ve dispatched your order.
Your order should arrive within not more than 10 days of dispatch (not including Sundays). If you suspect a delivery to be overdue then please either send Meesh Games® a message via the Contact Us facility on the Site or email the Customer Services Department at sales@meeshgames.com.undable Rs250 fee to deliver either door-to-door or courier, depending on where you’re located.
During the checkout process, Meesh Games® will determine your delivery options based on your delivery address and postal code. Meesh Games® will deliver within 1 – 3 working days depending on where you live.
Why is Meesh Games® now charging a Rs 250 Delivery Fee on orders less than Rs 5000.
When Meesh Games® launched we offered our shoppers Free Delivery within Bangalore irrespective of the size of their order. Meesh Games® also offers Bangalore shoppers the most attractive returns policy giving customers 10 days to return their products to Meesh Games® free of charge.
Shoppers who spend Rs 10000 or more will still get Free Delivery within Bangalore, door-to-door and door-to-counter depending on where they’re based. All shoppers, no matter how much they spend on their order, will continue to have 10 days to return their items to Meesh Games®, free of charge.
Delivery Type, Fees and Time Frames
During the checkout process, Meesh Games® will determine your delivery options based on your delivery address and postal code. For Bangalore orders to main centres, irrespective of whether you select door-to-door or courier delivery, Meesh Games® will aim to deliver within 1 – 2 working days.
Stock shortages
Every effort will be made to ensure that Meesh Games® can fulfill your entire order once a purchasing contract (“sale”) comes into effect. However, if when packing your order, Meesh Games® is unable to fulfill* certain product(s) in your order:
*1: Meesh Games® will notify you thereof by emailing or message you and by allocating store credit to your Meesh Games® account to the value of the Rands paid/ Meesh Games® gift vouchers used for the product(s) that could not be sent to you. Should you wish to be refunded for the products that could not be sent to you please reply to the email received, in order to inform our client service team that you wish to have your store credit converted into a refund. Your requested refund will be to your credit card should you have paid by credit card and into your bank account should you have paid by NEFT or pay cheque when you placed your order. Kindly include your banking details in the email, should you be requesting an NEFT refund.
*2: and you used a promotional/ discount coupon against all or part of the product(s) that cannot be fulfilled, Meesh Games® will not allocate the value of the discount/ coupon as store credit. Please refer to the specific coupon terms and conditions for more information on whether the voucher will be reinstated and, if relevant, how the reinstated voucher will be sent to you.
*3: and Meesh Games® does not notify you thereof via email beforehand, and you only become aware of the fact that the product(s) is/are missing once you receive your parcel, please contact Meesh Games® as soon as possible on 9845266833 or email sales@meeshgames.com to notify Meesh Games® thereof so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If contacting Meesh Games® via email regarding missing the product(s), please use your order number and the phrase “missing product(s)” in your subject line of your email.
Returning non-defective product(s)
Save for certain products that are excluded from this policy (including purchases of Game DVD, offer products and recycled accessories), you are entitled to return any purchase concluded on Meesh Games® and delivered within Bangalore within 10 days of the product(s) being delivered. Meesh Games® will also pay the cost associated with collecting the return from you. In order to obtain a refund to the rand value of the purchased items being returned, the product(s) being returned must be sent back to Meesh Games® in accordance with the return procedure
Consequently, if upon receiving your purchase you are not satisfied with your choice of product(s) and wish to return it for a refund as aforesaid, please retain the product(s)’ original packaging, with labels attached, and do not use the product. In particular, if you want to return non-defective Games and/or accessories , please ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in, and in their original packaging, with labels attached.
Returning incorrect product(s)
As specified in our T&Cs, Meesh Games® will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the product information, availability, purchase price and associated delivery times and fees are accurately reflected on the site.
However, should Meesh Games® deliver the incorrect product(s) to you by mistake please do not remove the product from its original packaging, do not remove the labels or try the product on at all. Please contact the Meesh Games® Centre or call 9845266833 or email sales@meeshgames.com (subject line: your order number – Incorrect Item) as soon as possible. Meesh Games® will resolve the error by arranging to collect the incorrect product(s) from you and to deliver the correct product(s) to you as quickly as possible. Please do not try and remedy the situation by placing another order for the exact same product you were trying to purchase.
Returning defective product(s)
General warranty:
If Within 1 months of delivery of a product, you find that the product is faulty, not commercially acceptable, unsuitable for the purpose generally intended (or otherwise expressly indicated by Meesh Games® at time of purchase), or not legally or reasonably durable (based on the circumstances and product type) (“defective”);
Please contact the Meesh Games® Centre or call 9845266833 or email sales@meeshgames.com (subject line: your order number – defective item) to notify Meesh Games® thereof. Meesh Games® will request pictures of the defective product and will arrange to collect such product from you so that it can be inspected by the Meesh Games® Quality Assurance team. If the product is subsequently found to indeed be defective, you are entitled to either –
(a) be fully refunded, or
(b) have the product replaced at Meesh Games®‘s expense (the decision between repairing or replacing being that of Meesh Games®‘s depending on availability and other relevant circumstances, and in this regard you acknowledge that Sale/ On Special products will usually only be able to be repaired).
If the product is found NOT to be defective and is commercially acceptable, you will NOT be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having had such product returned to Meesh Games®, and then redelivered to you.
*2. A product is NOT defective and you will NOT be entitled to any, replacement or refund under the general warranty above if
(a) The faults/damage are a result normal wear and tear;
(b) Damage arising from incorrect usage of the product;
(c) The item has a reasonable amount of manufacturing or production imperfections, but is acceptable in accordance with the generally accepted commercial practices.
(d) Even after purchace if product need to be returned Meesh Games®. will detuct 40% of the selling price and refund the amount.
Supplier’s warranty :
Certain products may come with a supplier’s guarantee. If so, this will be stated in the product listing on the site. Clear details of these guarantees are given in their listings and no shopper may ask to be covered by a wider-ranging guarantee other than the one shown on such product listing.
Exclusions
Unless defective, the following product types may not under any circumstances be returned to Meesh Games®:
*1: Products that you or any other person has altered, repaired, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorised by Meesh Games®.
