Policy Duration
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Certain gaming-related items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Second-hand controllers
Repaired parts or consoles
Third-party products without warranty
Once repaired items
Downloadable software
Gift cards
Repair spare parts
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Items used more than once
DVD/game box with broken or opened seals
Items returned in a damaged condition or with missing parts not due to our error
Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming its receipt and informing you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within a few working days.
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank—processing time can vary.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@meeshgames.com and send the item to:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the return. Once received, a gift certificate will be issued in your name.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
