SingStar: Party – Ps2
Get the party started with SingStar Party! SingStar Party is guaranteed to spice up any social occasion with its manic blend of multilplayer fun! The game measures players’ pitch, tone and rhythm as they sing into the USB microphone, and analyses how well or badly they sing! Players can practice on their own or dive straight into the action – battling it out with up to seven mates in one of the many new multiplayer games, including competitive Duets, Solos and Battles, plus many other innovative variations on traditional party game modes. Like its predecessor, SingStar Party features a fully licensed track list with a variety of songs from top artists ranging from contemporary artists such as Maroon 5 and Scissor Sisters to classic acts such as The Police and Duran Duran. Many of the tracks feature the original videos for each song. To compliment the new multiplayer gameplay modes, SingStar Party features many traditional duets, such as “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” by Elton John and Kiki Dee, and all of the songs in the game have been split so that they can be played in a collaborative duet mode if desired. |
Features: 30 new tracks, all featuring the original artist’s recordings and video footage. Expanded multi-player options provide a more social gameplay experience allowing up to eight people to player at once. EyeToy compatibility allows players to see themselves singing within the game, in place of the artist’s video. Players are also recorded at key moments during their performance so they can replay the highlights afterwards; players can also take EyeToy photos that will appear within the menus, such as on the high-score screen. The game also includes new EyeToy effects taken from Classic ‘70s and ‘80s videos. Playback technology allows players to hear their performance and save it to Memory Card if they wish; fun voice distortion effects can alter the player’s pitch. Freestyle allows players to practice without the pressure of being scored and rated, before trying it out in front of friends. Song List: Alicia Keys – Fallin’ |
